Introduction

As per Bangladesh Bank directives, collateral are divided into three categories: Land, Apartment and Machine. Land and Apartment are Registered/Equitable Mortgaged while machine are Hypothecated/charge crerated. If Land/Apartment are owned by company, they also are needed to be charge created.
To reflect this you first need to enter Subject information. Then in case of Land/Apartment, you will be needed to enter schedule deed wise i.e. each deed is needed to entered separately along with property schedule. For identification comfort you also need to give primary borrower id in the Subject field.
After completing Land/Apartment Schedule Entry, you will be needed to enter Mortgage details in the Mortgage Link. After completing Mortgage Information, you will be needed to create link among Mortgage, Land/Apartment and Subject. Therefore, you will be needed to select the mortgage code from the Mortgage Information Table and create the Security Link and Subject Link below of the table. Machine and Hypothecation can be entered similar to described above.

For convenience/shortcut/avoiding repeatation, to copy an existing Land/Apartment deed/security first click edit button of the land schedule you want to copy, the click the Close button/Icon and then click Create Security button.
You need to give a new "Security Code " to save. If you want to add incremental Security Code leave the "Security Code" Blank
